Shiny chrome or polished brass or any finish you can imagine! Faucets have become a decor item rather than "just" a tap out of which comes water. At their base level it is still their functionality that matters most, but, hey! A bright and shiny one just seems to light up a bathroom or a kitchen somehow, doesn't it? This is a plumbing item with, probably, the most choices of any other item. It's the decor factor that makes that true, I suppose. Walk into just about any hardware store, big box or Mom and Pop, and you will invariably see an entire aisle devoted to them.
 Being a Service Plumber for as long as this writer has, I tend to look at this subject more in terms of functionality than form. Please do forgive me that! It is extraordinary how many different types and styles of faucets there are on today's market. What this means to a Service Plumber is parts, parts, and more parts. Rebuild kits, stems, washers, seats, handles, escutcheons, o-rings, and on and on. While it would be logistically unfeasible to carry every faucet and repair part on all of our Service trucks, at ARIZONA PLUMBING SERVICES we do carry a wide range of the most common faucets and repair parts on our trucks and/or in our extensive warehouse. When we do encounter a unit or a repair part that we do not stock, we know exactly where to get it for you.
